Why Teams Fail

  • They lack clear vision

  • They fail to embrace the team concept

  • They focus on personalities

  • They focus on individual success instead of team success

  • They become distracted from their goals

Is This Your Team?

"A small number of dedicated people with complementary skills, committed to a common purpose,
great  performance, and achievement of corporate goals
for which they all hold themselves personally and mutually accountable.

If you don’t recognize what you have just read, and instead believe that your company or your team can benefit from some serious Team Building, or even Team Repair, then allow us to tailor a program that fits your unique needs.

We will NOT bother the participants with books or loads of paperwork.
Instead we will work interactively with each participant to ensure successful completion of our training program.

Our approach is a bit different than other companies offer. We use a nonstop mixture of science, games and art, e.g.: psychology, neuro-linguistic programming, painting, sculpting, problem- solving puzzles, building small projects and other imaginative techniques with proven results at Fortune 500 Companies.

Participants will first learn all the basics of communications. Once that foundation has been created the trainer starts to build a solid structure of skills and provides everyone with insight into their own behavior and the behavior of their team members.

By means of continuously ‘doing it’, all participants will improve immediately. They also will help each other improve, while rehearsing the assignments. Our trainers will leave no question unanswered and will assist wherever necessary.

Video recorded role play will be a big part of the sessions, and feedback will follow immediately after every role play. We use scientifically proven instruments to measure improvements in behavior.

After completion of the program our trainers will remain available for online assistance for one year after graduation.

Program Development

We will visit your company and assess the situation and your wishes. This analysis will only take one day. We then will write a program and await your approval.

We will jointly decide on a location and a date to commence the training programs.

Depending on the number of participants we will decide on the number of trainers. 1-15 takes one trainer for three days and the artist for the third day. 16-30 takes two trainers and the artist on the third day.

Program Modules

Depending on the specific ‘problems’ we encounter, we have a range of modules we can use in our program.

Basically, we use personal communication skills to start with; then we add interactive skills.

We go on to provide:

  • Problem solution models

  • Brainstorm sessions

  • Persuasive structures

  • ‘Manipulation’ techniques

  • Leadership responsibilities

  • Team membership qualities

  • Handling conflicts

  • Behavioral assessments

  • Identifying team characteristics

  • Team operating assessments

  • Team evaluation tools, etc.

We have successfully built and repaired many teams over the last 20 years. Companies like  KLM, Shell, McDonald’s,  SKF and IBM have been using our skills to put their teams together and/or back on track

By adding an artist to the sessions we learned that creativity was a very valuable tool to open people’s minds to step into the team spirit. We believe the creativity of our artist will add great value to our program.

Our artist will help the team in creating the final team product (e.g. a canvas, a statue) of which the whole team will be proud of. Many paintings and statues are still decorating the offices of well known international corporations.

Trainer’s fee: $ 1,500.00 per day.

Artist’s fee:   $ 2.000.00 per day.

Fees include all materials, but they do not include hotel and travel expenses.
