Method  

We like to think of you as a skilled individual or group, who may need some specialty tools and special skills in order to get the job done the perfect way. And we will be more than glad to provide you with those tools and skills. We use a direct personal approach. Our method is scientifically proven and tested. We’ll teach the basic skills first. You will learn how to listen, how to communicate and how to identify body language, as well as using your own body language to your benefit. Once that very important foundation has been created, we will start to build you up to the level of your choice. Already after one hour you will find yourself communicating on a higher and more effective level.  After the training course you will be more effective in communication, as well as in the taught skills. Role play is part of all programs. We use video during all our courses; which can be confrontational, but it will never be painful!

Luncheons & Dinners

Sign up for a delicious and entertaining learning experience. We’ll set up the luncheon or dinner in a restaurant of your choice or your company restaurant. Individuals as well as teams are welcome.

We will serve you 4 courses for lunch and 8 for dinner, while explaining all about international business etiquette.
